Observation

1) The tall green slide had some pea gravel that has wedged up under the top of the slide, so the screws are coming out. This allows the plastic at the top of the slide to raise up enough that something could catch underneath it as a child begins to slide. 1)a)b)i) The pea gravel on one side of the tall slide was only an inch or two deep and there was compact dirt under the pea gravel.
